Mrs. Laura Boudreau, 81, wife of Aurèle Boudreau of Boudreau Village, died Wednesday at Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Born in College Bridge, she was the daughter of the late Protais and Henriette (LeBlanc)c. She was a piano teacher and church organizer in Pré-d'en-Haut for many years.
She was a member of the Pré-d'en-Haut Golden Age Club. Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Armand LeBlanc (Claire), Peabody, Mass., one adopted daughter, Azade Arseneault, Prince Edward Island; one sister, Mrs. Hector Belliveau (Rita), Hartford, Conn.; one brother, Séverin, Saint John and three grandchildren.
The body is at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. Funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 11 a.m. from Notre Dame d'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
